Thank you to all who attended the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA’s 66th Annual Meeting Luncheon, presented by Frost Bank! The community-gathering event held at the home of the 2023 World Series Champions, the Texas Rangers, celebrated and recognized organizations, partners and individuals in our community who exemplify the mission and values of the Y.  This year’s theme “Connecting Communities” highlighted the AMA YMCA’s commitment to serving the needs of people and communities near and far. We gathered to celebrate the people and places that connect us to our purpose – that the Y is FOR ALL.

Bill & Shari Bowie Community Leadership Award

The Bill and Shari Bowie Community Leadership Award was created to honor and to sustain Bill and Shari Bowie’s legacy in the YMCA movement for years to come. Its purpose is to encourage volunteerism and to recognize, honor and appreciate community leaders who have made significant contributions through their donated time, talent and financial resources to the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA community service area.

Presented to a volunteer or community member who has demonstrated extraordinary involvement and commitment to programs and leadership at the AMA YMCA.
