Know Your Limits and Defy Them

The Taekwondo program at the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA provides instruction in kicks, blocks and punches for self-defense. We focus on teaching the Taekwondo tenants of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and Indomitable spirit while building strength and balance in a positive, can do environment. We frequently address how and when to apply Taekwondo in the real world. We instruct students not just how to kick and punch but when to kick and punch). We love to see the confidence our students gain from our Martial Arts Program.

Note: Natural progression occurs with approximately three hours of practice a week. Participants are encouraged to attend more than one session weekly.
