Impact Your Community

Since our founding in London, England in 1844, the YMCA has remained a vibrant and relevant charitable organization by simply asking the question “How can the YMCA serve our community?”

Join us in making an impact in our community

The Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA works with our neighbors to ensure everyone, regardless of age, income or background has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive, regardless of ability to pay.

We work hard each and every day to make a difference in the lives of our community members through YMCA programs that impact our area’s youth, families and older adults.

The needs of our community are diverse and evolving, and the Y is needed now more than ever. Together, we strive to create a stronger community and bring about meaningful change in our community. Your support is vital to our success, and enables us to be an essential component of the lives of so many in our area.

Three Ways to Make a Lasting Impact

Long-term giving at the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA creates stability, opportunity, and lasting impact. Through the Triangle Society, Chairman’s Roundtable, and Planned Giving, donors can support the Y through multi-year commitments, annual leadership gifts, or legacy plans—strengthening our ability to serve youth, families, and seniors for generations.

At its core, long-term giving is about the lives changed through that support—the child who builds confidence through learning opportunities, the older adult staying active and connected, and the family finding space to grow together. These stories reflect the real impact of the YMCA and the lasting difference generosity makes.

Triangle Society

Becoming a Triangle Society member means making a deeper, lasting commitment to strengthening our community through the YMCA. Pledges a three-year gift, which provides the Y with dependable, forward-looking funding that allows us to plan boldly and respond quickly to the greatest needs in our community.

Chairman’s Roundtable

The Chairman’s Roundtable includes donors who make an annual leadership gift of $1,000 or more to strengthen YMCA programs and expand access for individuals and families in our community. These gifts provide flexible funding that allows the Y to respond to the greatest needs, when and where support is needed most.

Planned Giving

When you include the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA in your estate plan, your generosity brings about meaningful change. This past year has proven that we need to remain strong and continuously able to adapt to changing circumstances.

2026 Annual Giving Campaign

As a nonprofit organization serving individuals at every stage of life, the Y provides year-round programs, initiatives, and events for both members and the broader community. All we do is guided by our core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect.

We are committed to ensuring access for all children and families, regardless of financial circumstances. No one is turned away due to an inability to pay. Through the generosity of donors and community partners, fundraising dollars are used to provide financial assistance, so everyone has the opportunity to participate, belong, and thrive.

Thank you for your support

Thanks to generous donors, we are able to fulfill this mission through low cost programs and raising money for direct financial assistance for families in need. One hundred percent of dollars donated fund programs serving children and families in our community. These programs, and your support, are vital to our community’s success. By working together, we can make a lasting impact on our area and ensure meaningful change that strengthens our community.
