Mansfield YMCA Training Center

The Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA Training Center is a member-only, full functional-training satellite location that offers:

  • Full membership benefits, including access to over 2,600 locations nation-wide, free Child Watch, free youth sports programs and member-only pricing for swimming lessons, summer camp and senior programs.  Families with a YMCA membership also enjoy FREE Saturday evening childcare, year-round!

Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Thursday: 4 am – 11 pm
  • Friday: 4 am – 9 pm
  • Saturday: 7 am – 7 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm

Child Watch Hours (for children ages six weeks through 12 years of age):

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 1 pm, 4 pm – 8:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 1 pm, 4 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:15 am – 11 am

XGT Session Schedule:

  • Monday: 4:30 am – 5:30 am, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 5:00 am – 6:00 am, 9:00 am – 10:00 am, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 4:30 am – 5:30 am, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm,
    5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Thursday: 5:00 am – 6:00 am, 9:00 am – 10:00 am, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Friday: 4:30 am to 5:30 am, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 am -10:30 am
  • Sunday: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Please note that sessions are capped at 15 participants and will close when full.

About Functional Training

Functional fitness exercises are designed to train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities, such as carrying groceries or playing a game of basketball with your kids. Our functional training experts will develop exercises designed specifically for you. It focuses on the variety of degrees of the body’s natural movements, which can improve muscular balance and joint stability to decrease risk of injury. Functional training is aimed at boosting your health and general well-being.
