Swimming not only saves lives, it builds self-confidence and develops the whole person – spirit, mind and body. We offer a wide range of swimming options for the whole family. Use the Swim Lesson Decision Tree to find what class is best for you and your family. Classes are divided into ability groups and trained instructors emphasize personal safety, swimming skills, endurance and social skills while guiding students with praise and encouragement.

At the Y, we are dedicated to providing student-centered swim lessons designed to nurture the development of each individual participant through our unique and dynamic group lessons. To help you determine which lesson level will create the best learning environment for your child, click through the options below.
