Whether they occur on or off the job, employer’s absorb the brunt of crash costs involving employees and their family members. Alive at 25® is an a highly interactive program teaches young adults how to make safe, respectful and legal driving decisions.

Drivers between the ages of 15-24 are more likely than anyone else to be killed in a motor vehicle collision. Inexperience, coupled with risk-taking behavior, means a heightened crash risk for teens. While driver education and graduated driving licensing systems are effective, teens need additional training and guidance to change risky behaviours and improve decision-making skills.
